Meet our First Grade Teachers
Our first grade teachers say that they love "watching the incredible academic and social-emotional growth of the students throughout the year!"
First grade students show tremendous growth in making friends, personal responsibility, perseverance and problem solving. Highlights of first grade include studying about rocks and plants and learning about Mexico and Japan. They take a fun field trip to the 4-Mile Historic Park and prepare for and participate in the always memorable "Japan Day" each year.
